Story Behind The Art
Everything has a price, especially information. On a daily basis, case officers trade cash, sex or some other form of currency for secrets. Everything about spying involves exchanging one thing of value for another. The more valuable the information, the greater the risk in obtaining it, and the greater value it has. It is also important negotiators not begin to care about the spies they control. Spies don't matter—only information matters. It's important not to develop feelings which could cloud your judgment. In The Negotiator, spies and their handlers whisper in private. In the end, hopefully all will find what they seek.
